SELLING

Your selling journey
starts here.

In 2025, Carrie's sellers closed at 106% of asking price. That isn't luck. It's pricing, preparation and somebody who negotiates for a living.

Why 106% matters

Price is set once. Everything after that is negotiation.

A home priced correctly and prepared properly creates competition. A home priced hopefully sits, goes stale, and sells for less than it would have on day one.

Carrie's job is to get the first part right, then defend it — reading offers for what they actually mean, ranking them against your priorities rather than the highest headline number, and holding the line through inspection and appraisal.

THE PROCESS

Six steps to sold.

Meet your agent

01

Meet with your agent to tour the home to discuss features, updates and review the local. We set a price the market will meet and get the house ready to be seen at its best.

Prep & launch

02

The repairs worth making, the ones that aren't, staging, professional photography and a launch timed to hit the market when buyers are looking. Presentation is where the 106% starts.

Showing your home

03

Once we've prepped your house for sale and set a price, we're ready for the public to see your property. Carrie manages showings, gathers feedback, and tells you honestly what the market is saying back.

Review offers

04

When you receive one or more offers on your property, Carrie can rank them based on your priorities and help you analyze, clarify and compare them — because the best offer isn't always the biggest number.

Inspection & appraisal

05

Most buyers request a home inspection as a condition of their offer. Carrie will explain what is and isn't covered, how to prepare, and how to handle what comes back. Then comes the appraisal — and she'll make sure the appraiser has everything needed to support your price.

Close

06

You're one step closer to sold. There's quite a lot to consider when closing on the sale of your house — Carrie will walk you through exactly what to expect, what to sign, and what to do before you hand over the keys.
